Unlike many other business owners or managers, I have learned you work along side your employees and help them out with experience, respect is earned by teaching and training, Training is a motivator, and discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm as a wise owner once told me, you have to learn from your mistakes, get better, and if you can explain something front and back in different ways it will get you far in life, I have learned you have to learn to give people the same opportunity you were given in life, take care of your customers/guests as your family and make sure to always say, "Please, Thank you, Take care, and Have a Wonderful Day!" You have to be honest every single time. life will throw you curveballs its up to you how you handle it and take it from there, Always remember there is always another day to learn and get better because we all deserve the opportunity to get better and help one another.
